Responsibilities
Bistro Server Primary functions will include serving, cashiering, hosting, Barista and pre-busing, all while satisfying the needs of the guest. Must be able to use computer registers, balance cash, properly complete daily cashier paperwork, and maintain flow of customer line. Ensures area is maintained in a professional and welcoming condition by restocking and general cleanup. The neatly presented server demonstrates a positive attitude and impression. Working from a team-centered approach, communicates effectively while serving the needs of the restaurant guest. Makes excellence the goal of each interaction. All aspects of food handling shall be in accordance with HACCP, health and regulatory standards. Completes all other job duties as assigned by leadership.
