CNA FULL-TIME POSITION - New Grads Can Apply!
PAY RATE: $19 to $22 per hour PLUS AMAZING BENEFITS.
SHIFT: 8HRS (7 AM-3 PM/ 3 PM-11 PM/ 11 PM-7 AM)
DAYS: 4/2
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff
- Administer prescribed medications to patients
- Assist in the transport of patients
- Provide companionship and basic care to patients
- Turning or repositioning bedridden patients
- Taking patients' temperature, blood pressure and other vital signs
- Answering patient calls
- Documenting patients' health issues and reporting to nurses
- Feeding patients, measuring and recording their food and liquid intake
- Cleaning rooms and bed linens
- Helping with medical procedures
- Dressing wounds
- Gathering supplies for the RN or MD
- Preparing rooms for admissions
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited CNA school of nursing.
- Current nursing license, in good standing with the State licensing board
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Familiarity with medical terminology
