What you'll do
We’re looking for a Head of B2B Product Marketer to create and lead the marketing function for the company. In this role, you’ll work closely with Product/Sales/Customer Success to define our roadmap for our products, enable our GTM team, and grow overall awareness and adoption of our products.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute marketing strategies to reach our target customer segments and personas: talk regularly to users and prospects and use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform your go-to-market deliverables (content, messaging, positioning, etc.)
- Advocate for our existing/prospective client partners and their needs, analyze our competitive landscape, and become the go-to expert to help shape the product roadmap, and collaborate closely on go to market strategy
- Develop product positioning and messaging informed by existing client research, market insights, and product understanding
- Work closely with a range of teams—product, sales, design, customer success and engineering—to develop the go-to-market strategy and drive launches and ongoing awareness building for our products
- Help enable our user-facing teams (Sales, Support, etc.) with deep product knowledge, user and competitive insights, and ongoing refinement of repeatable sales plays to scale the business
- Collaborate with Government Markets team on packaging and pricing that aligns our value proposition and with our users’ success
- Define and track the right metrics and work closely with the Commercial team to execute campaigns that drive awareness and adoption on an ongoing basis
- Create sales assets utilizing Wellth’s client partner outcomes to help the Commercial team grow Wellth’s footprint within our target markets.
- Think globally as we work to expand our reach around the world, adapting your understanding of local market needs, competitors, and pricing accordingly

Required Qualifications
- 7 years of relevant work experience that can span marketing, product marketing, product management, sales engineering, operational roles, or strategy consulting
- 3 years of people leadership experience
- Experience working on marketing or growth throughout a product’s lifecycle
- Experience working in B2B settings and with sales teams
- Experience with account based marketing & supporting teams involved in long complex sales cycles
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates local to Los Angeles, CA area
- Startup experience
- Healthcare experience including B2B2C markets with health payers and providers.

Base Compensation: $125-175K
