One year certificate from college or technical school; or High School Diploma or GED.

Starting hourly rate is $16.07.

Regular work schedule is  Monday - Friday 11p-7a  OR 12 hour shifts 7pm-7am 4-on/4-off including weekends.

Hours worked from 11p-7a will receive a .50 cent per hour shift premium.  Hours worked from 7pm-7am will receive a .75 cent per hour shift premium. 

 This position is eligible for a $1000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for qualified applicants upon hire.

Start, stop, operate and monitor all equipment in head house, grinding & sifting area, bran stabilization plant and the bulk loading area; perform routine maintenance on equipment, check samples and analyze quality, record findings on charts or reports and keep work area clean. 

Must be able to read production orders, print legibly, add, subtract, multiply and divide, calculate percentages.

Must be able to climb ladders to at least 40 feet, lift heavy weights (up to 75lbs.), work outdoors in all kinds of weather and work in tight spaces.
