Each station does not necessarily exist in every restaurant, and sales volumes dictate which station will be used and for how long on each shift.

- Assist in opening or closing procedures
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for long amounts of time and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ensure there is clear communication between the register and food line staff
- Knowledgeable of the brand and menu items
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet customers to make them feel comfortable and welcome
