The eCommerce Coordinator is responsible for selling company products and services via either telephone and/or eCommerce internet activity on sites such as eBay at the branch location. This role coordinates in-house order-filling activity, processing and shipping orders, and handling customer service for all orders.
Essential Job Duties:
- Generate revenue by promoting sales of new and existing products via eBay.
- Assist “walk-in” customers with sales of products and/or services, and responds to questions regarding parts, pricing, services, etc.
- Promote and research products to be uploaded on websites.
- Provide ongoing customer and technical support on existing orders.
- Process orders – performs order entry, and reviews orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
- Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by the customer.
- Maintain inventory levels for stocking and restocking purposes.
- Advise customers on substitution or modification of a part(s) when the part(s) requested is unavailable.
- Observe changes in inventory to insure minimum stock levels.
- Set up special order part numbers that
