What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical QA Tech position at Wendy's?
Job Summary:
As the Residential Electrical Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for physically inspecting residential houses to ensure that all lighting, devices, and equipment are wired, installed and working correctly according to Local and NEC Codes standards and are ready for inspection.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Install boxes, wire, devices, lighting, breakers, and equipment according to the local NEC codes.
- Inspection and repair of electrical wiring, systems, fixtures in residential new construction homes.
- Reading and interpretation of technical drawings, and blueprints to identify where wiring is or should be placed.
- Troubleshoot and repair all circuitry in new home construction.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Maintain safety standards.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Understanding of local and federal regulations for safe electrical systems.
- Ability to read and execute blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ability and willingness to operate a company vehicle.
- Self-motivated and driven to get the job done to best of ability.
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Must have physical dexterity.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
- Organizational skills.
Education and Experience:
- 3 – 5 years of fast-paced residential electrical new construction experience required.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean motor vehicle record.
Physical Requirements:
- Must possess own hand and power tools to execute electrical jobs.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at times.
