What are the responsibilities and job description for the Engine & Transmission Mechanic position at Wendy's?
The Engine & Transmission Mechanic is responsible for performing day-to-day activities of the inside dismantling building in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing this facility, and as may be directed by the Production/yard Leader to assure that the parts are handled in a safe, efficient, and proper manner.
Essential Job Duties:

Safely maneuvering around the warehouse while tearing down engines/transmissions per standards.

Tag all parts properly for the destination.

Communicate with Sales and Dispatch.

Must display a positive and friendly attitude as well as appropriate behavior during work hours

Cleanliness must be maintained in the work area.

Assumes other duties as assigned.
