- You will ensure health and safety regulations, and Wendy’s policies and procedures are met.
- Most importantly you will provide quality products; for us that means fresh never frozen burgers, and fresh cracked eggs for breakfast!
- You will also be reporting to one of our amazing Shift Managers.
- However, don’t forget to smile, bring your passion and dedication.
- Adhere to guidelines with professionalism.
- Eager to learn and be part of something good.
You must be willing and able to :
- Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
- Stay calm under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Lift up to 25-50 lbs. now and then
- Handle weather related moments.
- Wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
