Skills/Expectations:
- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take accurate food orders and process payments efficiently.
- Answer customer questions and address concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
- Prepare food items according to Wendy's recipes and standards.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
- Assemble orders accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms clean and organized.
- Follow cleaning schedules and complete daily tasks.
- Dispose of trash and maintain a clean work environment.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
- Support new team members through training and mentorship.
- Follow all Wendy's policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and behavior.
You must be willing and able to:
- Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.
- Lift up to 25-50 lbs. now and then.
- Handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking trash out in the summer, etc.
- Wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
