Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Norcross, GA
Salary: $25-$30 per hour based on experience

Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned as required):
- Handles order processing from lead to order fulfillment in cooperation with internal teams or directly with customers also including claim management.
- Demonstrates ability to provide exceptional service, making every customer interaction a priority.
- Master data maintenance of our customers and other administrative activities in the area of customer service.
- Maintain highest standards for order accuracy, order fulfillment, and order confirmation.
- Responds with urgency, tact, and authenticity to customer calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Ensure coordination and continuity with the warehouse, following up on all orders placed to ensure proper and timely fulfillment and delivery. Follows standard operations procedures/protocols.
- Responds to customer service requests such as pricing inquiries, product availability, inventory levels, order completion/invoicing, tracking shipments, order history, or any other customer concern.
- Serves as business partner and helps coordinate activities with other related functions to ensure urgency with regards to customer complaints.
- Supports logistic processes to secure on-time and in full delivery including all concerning requests and tasks (specifically inquiries, orders, shipments).
- Adherence to Code of Conduct as applicable to job function.
- Process customer invoices and able to assist with billing inquiries
Experience:
- Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
- SAP: 2 years or more (Required)
