About the position:
We’re looking for a New Hire Information Technology Liaison who will work with Human Resources, IT technicians, hiring managers, business system owners and stakeholders, as well as new employees to ensure that their onboarding experience with Corporate IT is positive. While part of the IT department, the ideal candidate will have “client-facing” experience and be comfortable interacting with constituents at all levels in the company. Excellent organizational and communications skills are a must, as are strong technical and analytical skills.
- Engage with all stakeholders in the process of onboarding new employees to ensure all equipment and account access is prepared for their first day with the company, resulting in a positive first experience. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Monitor open requisitions for accepted offers, to begin the onboarding process.
- Ensure creation of new hire request tickets in the IT service management system, with appropriate equipment and access attributes according to the job profile, consulting with hiring managers as needed.
- Monitor tickets in process to ensure service level agreements are being met and that all tasks are on track for the employee’s start date.
- Interface with all constituents as needed, escalating when necessary, to ensure tasks are completed.
- Produce documentation for end users’ reference related to their use of IT systems and tools.
- Coordinate any required system training for the new employee.
- Produce metrics regarding employee onboarding status and statistics to be shared with management.
- Work with all constituents on continuous improvement initiatives in this area.
About you:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent is preferred
- Two or more years of related work experience is required

- Fluency with computers, programs, and systems (Excel, MS Office)
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload
About the total compensation package:
Salary - The salary for this position is $24.00 & up; compensation is commensurate with education and experience
