What’s The Job?
We are searching for a Regional Operations Manager to join our Mt. Pleasant team who would be responsible for supervises and coordinates the activities of Field Service Managers, Field Service Specialists, Field Service Coordinators and Field Service Technicians engaged in servicing, repairing, and maintaining material handling equipment, which may include lift trucks, dock levelers, commercial garage doors, industrial batteries, and conveyor systems.
What Will I Be Doing?
Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:
- Hire and Train new employees including establishing and monitoring training and development plans.
- Organize and oversees the schedule and work of assigned employees.
- Conduct performance evaluations that timely and constructive.
- Provide field service leadership and management
- Maintain a safety-first environment
- Development and improvement of business process
- Manage growth of the customer base and the field service workforce
- Reduce costs
What Makes Me Qualified?

- Material Handling experience preferred
- Verbal and written communication skills
