SUMMARY:
The candidate is the primary troubleshooter for problems and complex customer service needs incurred at the teller line. Assists with day to day scheduling issues. Performs the duties of a teller; contact for new and existing clients of the Bank in transacting accounts and uncovering sales opportunities; processes all financial transactions; resource in identifying customer service issues so that resolution can occur and the customer is retained. Enhances customer relationships with WesBanco by providing distinctive quality service. Looks for sales opportunities by uncovering financial needs and ensuring that the client is communicated with for possible product opportunities. Hands-off more complex sales activities to the platform. Team player that strives for customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Ability to meet established referral production goals.
Knowledge and ability to use computer terminal and various software systems.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Requirements:High school diploma or GED.
Retail or sales experience preferred.
Supervisory skills preferred.
Cash handling experience preferred.
