Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake donuts, cookies, muffins and brownies according to recipes and quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery selections and answering any questions they may have.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations in the handling, preparation, and storage of baked goods.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure consistent quality in all baked goods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers and fulfill their bakery needs.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
