What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kids West Assistant Site Team Leader position at West Des Moines Community School District?
This is a year-round leadership position. 7 hours per day. When the program is not in session there will be meetings, planning time, shopping, etc. Works closely with Assistant Team Leader. Summer hours will be determined with successful candidate, however, will continue to be full time, and between 6:15 am - 6:00 pm. One year proven successful experience working with school-age children. We are looking for high energy, self-starters who are team oriented. Experience planning activities for children, supervising others and working collaboratively with other adults and leading a team.
Must have a pre-employment physical. Must complete Blood Borne Pathogens, Right to Know, Medication training through AEA during first week. Must complete Mandatory Reporter training within first week. Must complete a 12 Hour DHS Essentials training within first three months. Must attend CPR/FA training. Must meet DHS requirements.
