- Supervise and manage the overall operation and maintenance of the facilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure efficient operation of all equipment and systems.
- Coordinate and oversee contractors for repairs, renovations, and installations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for staff and visitors.
- Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related issues and support their needs.
- Willingness to learn programs such as U-Haul.
- Tech savvy
- Exceptional customer service

```Experience```
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to manage maintenance operations effectively
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues is a plus
