What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Sales Agent position at West Shore Home?
West Shore Home is looking to double in size by the end of 2022! Our Call Center is looking for professionals looking for a new challenge, ready to up their skillset, and is looking to assist with the continued growth of our company by taking their career to the next level!
As a Call Center Representative, you will contribute to these efforts by handling inbound calls from our customers who are interested in making an upgrade to their home and setting appointments for our sales team to go out and assist our customers at their home.
This position is not remote. Our Call Center Representatives must be able to commute to our office in Mechanicsburg, PA.
Schedule:
- 11:30am - 8:00pm, Monday-Friday
- 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday-Friday and every other Saturday
Call Center Representatives:
- Respond to inbound phone calls and other media with the goal of scheduling in-home sales appointments.
- Make outbound phone calls with the goal of scheduling in-home sales appointments.
- Enter all inquiries in our database.
- Respond to customer requests to change scheduled appointments.
Call Center Representative Candidates:
- Have worked in a customer service or customer facing role for 2 years
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have sales experience over the phone (preferred, not required)
- Must be able to commute to our office in Mechanicsburg, PA for work
