What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpentry Trainee (windows/doors) position at West Shore Home?
West Shore Home is growing at an explosive rate! To do so, we must operate in an above average pace. We are currently looking for Window or Door Remodelers who have moderate to extensive construction experience to help us on our mission to become the most admired home improvement brand in the U.S.
As a remodeler with us, you will report to the Installation Manager and work on a team to safely and efficiently install custom window and doors.
Exterior Installers:
- Install replacement windows from the inside of the home
- Show extreme attention to detail and care for customer’s home by properly cleaning up following installation
- Have customer sign required documents, secure payment and return documents successfully to office
- Enjoy W2 employment with a full benefits package including medical, PTO and 401k
- Utilize company trucks/tools
- Have year round, steady work
Exterior Remodeling Candidates:
- Must be available to work full time, Monday-Friday with a start time of 6:30 AM
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Replacement window experience preferred
- 6 months of basic construction experience preferred
- Are eligible to be part of our exclusive training program
- Have a valid driver’s license and high-school diploma
