What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll/Commission Specialist position at West Shore Home?

We take extreme ownership of our work and are goal oriented as we move the company towards our mission of being the most admired home improvement brand in the U.S. As a Commission Review Specialist, you will be responsible for calculating commissions and ensuring In-Home Sales Representatives are paid accurately and on-time for all commissions earned.
Key Role Accountabilities:
- Calculate In-Home Sales Representative commissions following Company policies and procedures
- Make necessary deductions when errors have been made within the selling process
- Elevate concerns that appear to be off process to the Commission Review Team Lead for guidance, support, and direction
- Complete sales dispute forms timely, ensuring they are received within the required timeline
- Review all open cases on jobs before submitting commissions to payroll
- All other commission required duties, and other duties as assigned
Minimum Role Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and VLOOKUP formulas.
