Under general supervision, will perform a variety of semiskilled and skilled building trades duties, including but not limited to the following: perform carpentry work such as building, repairing and installing doors, framework, trim, floors, partitions, and finish work; making repairs to drywall and masonry structures, painting, constructing and repairing structural woodwork and equipment; working from prints, drawings or oral instructions. May also be required to prepare areas, erect scaffolding, clean surfaces, mix paints and allied products. May perform repairs to equipment such as replacing motors, belts, seals, bearings and blades. Performs other related work as required.
