Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Program Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing strategic marketing programs that drive business growth. As a Marketing Program Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating demos, trade shows, and identifying product leadership stories. You'll be responsible for shaping the external narrative around demos, fostering creative product leadership, thinking outside the box to showcase our solutions through use case demos, and creating a seamless bridge between technology and marketing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate product demos, trade shows, and product leadership stories to showcase our innovative solutions.
- Shape the external narrative around demos to communicate our product's value proposition effectively.
- Foster creative product leadership, thinking outside the box to differentiate our brand in the market.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product management teams to ensure seamless execution of leadership demos, creation and alignment of narrative, and planning and execution of delivery.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive leadership announcement/demo strategy, including selection of appropriate events, budget management, and logistics planning.
- (if tradeshow) Coordinate booth design, setup, and breakdown, ensuring a strong brand presence and an engaging visitor experience.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create content and materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
- Analyze result performance and ROI, using insights to improve future strategies.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Program Manager or similar role.
- Experience in creating and showcasing use cases.
SKILLS:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing programs.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Technologically savvy with a solid understanding of the latest marketing technologies.
