Description
Responsible for assisting the successful coordination and implementation of arrangements and details for all Food & Beverage catering events thus ensuring that these events run smoothly and according with the client’s contracted specifications and services in the BEO. The Catering Manager assistant is also responsible for ensuring that the customer service expectations and standards of the client, the facility and Western Golf Properties are achieved.
Upon careful review of contract, plans and coordinates the details of Food & Beverage events prior to and throughout the event by disseminating clients’ specifications to departments; keeps departments updated on these specifications; and stays in contact with client throughout this process to ensure that customers’ service satisfaction is achieved.
