Leaders, Project Management for Western Union Denver, CO – Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects in the company’s Settlement Transformation Program, end-to-end, from eliciting requirements through testing and implementation. Analyze business needs, deliver well-documented business and system requirements. Work with cross-functional stakeholders, business SMEs and technology teams. Responsible for program management, ensuring scope, scheduling and resources effectively meet schedule requirements. Position is eligible for 100% remote work and reports to company headquarters in Denver, CO.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Information Systems or related technical field. Requires progressive, post-bachelor’s experience (5 years with Bachelor’s or 3 years with Master’s), which must include some experience in each of the following: Technology transformation, and project management in the financial services industry; Business process analysis, and development of technical requirements to address organizational challenges in large programs; Waterfall, Agile, and blended software development methodologies; Presentation and advocacy of analytical solutions to organizational challenges to management and cross functional, global teams; Systems integration; Experience with Salesforce, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Jira/Rally/MS Project Management; and Salesforce administrator certification.
Referral Bonus - $1,000 (Subject to Employee Referral Policy). Eligible to internal employees only. Annual base salary gross: $123,915.00 - $206,525.00 USD Annual. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees. In addition to the annual salary, this role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus.
