Job Description
Collects raw data from company network resources using database links and combines the data from multiple sources into reports for management to run the call center. Maintains historical files and instructions for all reports. Runs simple ad-hoc reports to identify new opportunities or problems. Works closely with the leadership team on regular basis to update processes and improve efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:
- Responsible for collecting raw data from company sources using multiple computer programs and using it to create detailed reports for department and company management.
- Responsible for running department and company reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Works with off-line staff to help improve their processes and/or procedures.
- Works with off-line staff to research problems and help find solutions.
- Maintains data histories as well as database file backups.
- Maintains report instructions database and creates new report instructions as necessary.
- Communicate clearly and affectively with all team members.
Qualifications

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (especially Access and Excel)
- Detailed orientated, self-motivated, and disciplined.
- Require little supervision to follow through on assigned responsibilities and tasks.
- Ability to multitask and handle heavy workloads in a timely manner.
- Experience using an ETL tool - at least one year experience
- Familiar with data visualization in Tableau - at least one year experience
- Professional SQL experience
- Experience using TOAD or other SQL writing tool
- Experience in database warehousing
- Experience with data techniques and best practices
Preferred but not required:
- Salesforce experience
- Bachelor’s degree or experience at least 2 years of experience
- Scripting / programming such as phyton or R
Education and/or Experience
Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, specific training or college degree a plus. Requires 1 years' experience in reporting/data management; experience in the timeshare/call center industry a plus. Requires 1 years' experience working directly with Microsoft Access and Excel.
