Job Description
As the General Maintenance Technician 3, you will maintain and repair physical structures of buildings and grounds.
As the General Maintenance Technician 3, you will:
- Competencies in Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC repairs or similar trade with minimal assistance or supervision.
- Monitor and repair HVAC system for the entire facility.
- Monitor and repair the water boiler system in living units and facilities to ensure adequate hot water supply for guests, customers and team members.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all aspects of units, common areas and grounds.
- Perform plumbing maintenance such as pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and jetted tubs using methods that include soldering, brazing silver, PVC, CPVC and fittings.
- Competent skills regarding the operation of sophisticated equipment in the repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Repair / replace doors, windows, walls, floor, ceiling, roofs, cabinetry, furniture and remodeling work as required.
- Repair interior walls, wall coverings and ceilings by patching drywall, replacing wood or wall coverings or texture and painting.
- Possess a working knowledge of Appliances.
- Assists Chief Engineer and Supervisors with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Resort property maintenance.
- Training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3 years of HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair and general facilities maintenance experience
- 2 years of experience in a related field of expertise and have a certificate in 1 of the fields
- Computer skills.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- EPA Certification
- Certificate in one of the major trades

Pay: $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
