Job Description
As an HVAC Technician, you will:
- Repair, replace and maintain various types of HVAC units within our property
- Work and document a preventative maintenance program
- Repack pumps and compressors, clean condensers, replace worn or defective parts
- Change out air conditioning filters, discarding the old ones, replacing with new filters, labeling new filter prior to installation
- Maintain air handler closets regularly
- Perform HVAC preventative maintenance
- Perform any other assigned duties as required

Qualifications
- EPA Certification preferred
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts
