Job Posting for Football Coach at Weston Flag Football

We're looking for a Football Coach who is dedicated to his players, who has strong interpersonal skills, and who is able to develop long-lasting relationships with them. Additionally, the coach needs to have a passion for the game of football, and be able to teach the players about the game in various ways. Since our players are mostly young, we're looking for an individual who is able to relate well with children and show empathy. The right candidate will also be responsible for a number of administrative duties including collecting money from parents, helping with uniform distribution and managing travel schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Know the rules of the game.
  • Know how to teach playing techniques, strategies, and plays.
  • Understand player evaluation techniques and strategies.
  • Recruit players for the team.
  • Know all aspects of football including the history and other components of football.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
