Weston Table is seeking a dependable, energetic and collaborative Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our growing team!
The ideal person will be a self-starter with the ability to work well in a team as well as independently, take initiative and have an outgoing personality with solid communication skills.
The Inventory Specialist’s responsibility is to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all physical inventory of consumer goods and the respective electronic records. She/He will facilitate the flow of goods from “door to shelf”: from the moment the vendor shipment is placed until it is ultimately stored and ready to be packaged for a customer order.
Warehouse Inventory Specialist Responsibilities:
- Support the receiving process electronically, including a review and verification of all quantities and costs and the entry of this information into the system.
- Manage quality control and inventory maintenance.
- Assist in running regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Record and track vintage inventory from all sources, primarily eBay and Etsy, including: receiving, managing exceptions and claims, and inventory maintenance.
- Communicates intake variances and other inventory issues promptly with Operations Team and Senior Management to ensure that counts are 100% accurate at all times.
- Support activities related to controlling inventory, warehousing, or receiving.
- Assist with labeling, and ensuring all product is sales floor ready.
- Support the Operations team by tracking, updating and transferring inventory between locations and ensuring product information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate the tagging, tracking and moving inventory through warehouse.
- Maintain productive relationships with vendors to create mutually beneficial opportunities to maximize production while reducing risk.
- Support the implementation of new or improved processes to improve efficiency or performance.
- Independently perform special projects and other duties as necessary.
- Foster a positive attitude/work environment and lead by example.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher, 3 years of operations, inventory or warehouse support experience, retail industry preferred
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite.
- Computer literacy a must.
- High level of professionalism, dependability and integrity.
- Adaptable to competing demands, extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent planning and time management skills.
- Able to multitask and adjust to changing priorities effectively.
- Extremely resourceful and effective team-player.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:
Some experience in a similar position in the retail/wholesale industries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
