Sales Assistant:
The Sales Assistant is responsible for handling all aspects of the Advisor's business; this role should positively contribute to the advisor's practice by nurturing the client's relationship with the advisor. This position requires a proactive, self-starter individual with excellent communication, technological and organizational skills. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, a quick learner, personable, and be able to multi-task efficiently with accuracy.
This is a Full-Time position with flexible hours, in the office, with a hybrid-option in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise client onboarding and ensure client meeting files are prepared and organized;
- Data entry of applications in a timely and accurate manner;
- Respond to general account questions and service requests from clients;
- Support new business processing and tracking;
- Prepare and maintain client files for review and ongoing meetings;
- Assist with case prep documentation and seamless follow-up for clients;
- Assist in managing advisor calendar and scheduling;
- Process and track business development opportunities and lead generating activity;
- Manage client communication touch points and outreach effectiveness;
- Distribute and manage marketing collateral, newsletters and social media posts; and
- Coordinate event planning for all seminars, client appreciation and prospecting events, including managing invites, RSVPs, vendors and compliance
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred;
- Proficiency with computers, technology and Microsoft Office;
- Proficiency in database management and/or CRM systems;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Collaborative team player with ability to adapt as priorities require;
- 1-2 years of sales or administrative experience;
- Financial industry basic knowledge, preferred but not required.
Salary: $25-$30/hour depending on experience and qualifications.
