Westside Dialysis, an Independent Dialysis Unit is seeking to hire immediately a Clinical Nurse Manager, (RN) to promote quality patient care, and have a positive long-term impact on our patients. In this role, you and your team will deliver a high level of care to our patients. You will accomplish this by hiring, developing, and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team and in caring out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the clinic’s policies and procedures. You will collaborate with the Medical Director, Social Worker, Dietician, etc. to interpret, adjust, and coordinate care provided to the patients. You will perform other related duties as assigned.

Our mission is to provide quality dialysis treatment and deliver superior medical services in a timely and friendly manner to our patients. We will be responsive to our patients needs and concerns and focus on access, interaction, reliability, and validity.

Preferred/Skills:

• 1 year of Manager experience in a Dialysis Unit or
• 1 year of Nursing experience &
• 6 months of dialysis experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Arkansas
• Current BLS or CPR Certification
• Current TB skin test
• Covid-19 vaccination

Salary:

• Compensation for this position will depend on a few things, for example a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. WSD offers a competitive package.
