  • Role: We're currently seeking a Territory Manager to drive the expansion of We Whiten studios through strategic management, innovative marketing, consultative sales, and exceptional customer service. This role requires leadership, team management, and increasing sales within the assigned territory.
  • Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations within the assigned territory to ensure exceptional client experiences.

Demonstrate expertise in teeth whitening processes.
Provide outstanding service, whether in-person, virtually, or over the phone.
Employ effective product sales strategies and recommend teeth whitening treatments to boost sales.
Build client rapport to create personalized treatment plans and product recommendations.
Lead whitening specialists to exceed membership sales objectives and set a personal example.
Recruit, train, mentor, motivate, and develop whitening specialists according to company standards.
Collaborate with whitening specialists and leadership to ensure stores meet or exceed company standards.
Contribute to studio growth by driving sales, delivering superior customer service, fostering business partnerships, and engaging in marketing efforts.
Guide and coach a team to provide exceptional customer experiences, product discovery opportunities, and encourage repeat business.
Analyze business performance and sales reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis.
Execute growth strategies by quarter and season.
Cultivate trust and teamwork within the company, with an emphasis on the assigned territory and its studios.
Establish a vibrant company culture through quarterly team events.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, staying up to date with new processes and sharing knowledge.
Engage in tasks to promote the We Whiten brand and services in the community, including outreach to prospective clients.
Attend necessary training and meetings with leadership.
Conduct location and individual meetings as needed.
Ensure timely processing of client tickets and maintain daily reports.
Maintain cleanliness and adherence to company standards at all locations.
Ensure all shifts are adequately staffed during open hours.

  • Results:Develop expertise in teeth whitening products and procedures.

Inspire teamwork to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experiences.
Foster strong team engagement and recognition.
Increase membership sign-ups, rebookings, and product sales.
Establish incentives and rewards for exceptional team performance.
Provide timely support outside regular working hours.
Maintain an 80% rescheduling rate for clients.
Achieve a 60% sign-up rate for treatment plans.
Maintain low employee turnover.

  • Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of Sales Experience.

Minimum of 2 years of Management Experience.
Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service Experience.
Passion for helping individuals look and feel their best, with performance-based commissions and bonuses.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively.
Resourceful and adaptable to changes in company growth.
Self-starter excelling independently and as part of a team.
Flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Physical Requirements:Extended periods of standing and walking.

Tasks may involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and require color vision.
Frequent use of computers and technology.
Occasional lifting or moving of up to 25 lbs.

  • Salary: $65,000 to $80,000 OTE

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
