Job Summary WEX seeks a self-driven and motivated professional to join their Human Resources Compensation team as a Lead Compensation Partner. The Lead Compensation Partner would primarily be responsible for supporting the implementation and administration of compensation programs, providing analysis and recommendations regarding compensation planning, salary administration, job evaluation, external market pricing, and analysis for the Technology and Digital division. Performance Objectives Provide up-to-date market intelligence on competitive compensation trends and practices for the Technology and Digital group. Act as a point person to support all rewards-related matters for the Technology and Digital leadership team and support HRBPs [compensation consultation on organizational design, market pricing, promotion process, job classification, interpretation of market intelligence, etc.] Partner with the Recruiting team on market pricing new roles and providing input into competitive compensation offers for new hires Leverage available internal and external systems and tools (Workday, MarketPay, various Compensation Survey Data) to proactively identify client group trends and/or compensation analytics Play a key role in the compensation planning process, including data/analytics, education, and direct customer engagement Assist the compensation team in participating in annual salary surveys and pulse surveys, utilize survey data to conduct external market analysis/benchmarking trends, and prepare recommendations and executive summaries. Assist the Global compensation director with M&A Integration Contribute toward developing guidelines, procedures and streamlining various global rewards processes. Work with other members of the Global Compensation team and WEX Business Transformation office on rolling out job architecture projects. Work with the Global Compensation team on various projects, including program design, compensation modeling, and implementation of new programs Qualifications Undergraduate degree (Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources preferred) 10 years of relevant professional experience in compensation Strong attention to detail & focuses on the delivery of high-quality results Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze & summarize data to effectively develop a business case and recommendations Strong understanding of compensation management and implementation Advanced Excel skills, solid PowerPoint & Word skills, GSuite, and Workday knowledge a plus Strong communication and presentation skills with multiple peer groups and senior levels of management Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, lean, and complex environment Experience working for a publicly traded company and/or global is preferred Experience working in a technology or digital commerce industry is preferred WEX Values As an employee at WEX, this position is expected to consistently demonstrate the WEX values: Act with Integrity - Our customers trust us with critical aspects of their business, so we make it our responsibility to behave ethically, communicate transparently, and deliver flawlessly. The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
