EUA (Carbon) Trader We are a market leader in EU ETS. We are growing and currently looking for the next generation of carbon portfolio manager. We are looking for a high energy and passionate individual with a few years of experience with execution of trading, either OTC or on exchange It’s also highly advantageous to have previous experience in EU ETS, energy & commodity markets, REQUIREMENTS Up to 5 years experience of trading with EU ETS or Energy markets (Gas, Electricity trading etc.) or related market OTC and/or on Exchange Clear demonstrable understanding of EU ETS with in depth knowledge of technical, fundamental, and regulatory indicators to trade Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ambitious spirit, proactive personality, and a commercial mind-set - prior entrepreneurial experience is a plus Strong attention to detail, good with numbers and Excel Excellent numeracy skills, be calm and confident and able to respond calmly under duress. Relevant degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration is required RESPONSIBILITIES Join our Carbon and Renewable energy Trading Desk as a portfolio manager for EUAs Develop a deep understanding of the EU ETS market, including buyers, sellers, and competitors Working with trading teams, Market Risk & others to develop accurate pricing model to enable scalability of EUA portfolio Develop and maintain a portfolio of new customers and counterparts active on the certificates market, prioritise your leads and turn them into clients and transactions Conduct day-to-day execution of trades and provide customers m with essential market intelligence-analysis to support pricing, trading, and risk mitigation strategies WHAT WE OFFER Become an expert of the CO2 market through in-depth trainings in emissions trading, the energy sector and sales Opportunity to build a client portfolio in a niche and dynamic market Long-term career prospect Stimulating international work environment Flexible working from home arrangements We are a market leader in EU ETS.
