Responsibilities
- Process utility field data
- Create and/or update utility drawings utilizing processed field data
- Prepare digital test hole reports and inventory sheets
- Calculate field coordinates based on proposed design documents
- Perform QC of preliminary deliverables
- Ability to work with survey files/data collected in field
- Support project SUE team including records research
- Prepare field packages for SUE field crews
- Provide satisfactory documents to meet the professional and/or project management acceptance for client deliverables
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of in-office experience
- Work in a fast pace environment and overtime as needed to complete project schedules.
- Work in a collaborating team environment.
- MicroStation – with Corridor Modelling experience
- GEOPAK and basic knowledge of coordinate geometry
- 3-D modeling deliverables per client's requirements
- Ability to interpret Roadway Plans, Construction Plans, Utility as-built' s & Utility record drawings
- Basic knowledge of types of utilities
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D 2012-2018 strongly desired
- DOT experience strongly desired; work with multiple DOT's is a plus
- Developing field calculations, plotting of maps and processing of field survey data a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) experience
