Their responsibilities include assessing client needs, negotiating terms, and offering ongoing support, ultimately aiding businesses in protecting assets and ensuring financial stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential opportunities and cultivate new business by leveraging leads and referrals
- Provide clients with comprehensive information about insurance plans/policies tailored to their specific needs
- Utilizing a consultative sales methodology, collect comprehensive information and formulate proposals for presentation
- Develop relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders
- Oversee continuous client needs and facilitate renewal processes

- Must have previous commercial lines experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred)
- Valid Oregon Property & Causality license (preferred)
- Excellent customer service and people skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance-related software applications; AMS360 experience (preferred)
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development
