We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team and grow with Wheel Pros and Driven Lighting Group, the undisputed king in the lighting category.

Job Summary:

As a part of our Warehouse team, you will work in our Warranty Returns department and will be dedicated to receiving returned items under warranty and determining the best course of action for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and troubleshoot returned items
• Ensure documents are accurate and well-maintained.
• Communicate and ship product back to vendors.
• Determine appropriate action for customer after troubleshooting the product.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately via phone or e-mail.
• Electrical troubleshooting a plus!
• Automotive Electronic experience a plus!
