What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paving Shop Technician position at Wheeler Machinery Co?
This technician will be a safety champion, embracing and helping to enforce the belief of safe work. This technician must be able to adhere to strict flat rate times regardless of the scope of work on any project, from small general repairs to full restorations of all types of Cat/non-Cat machines and attachments.

- Willingness to work on all asphalt machines including: Cat, non-Cat, pavers, rollers, mills, reclaimers, transfer machines, road wideners
- Cat, Weiler, Crafco, Etnyre etc...
- Repairs that range from small easy fixes to full scale rebuild/restorations
- Intense troubleshooting and repairs.
- Preferred asphalt machine repair experiance
Experience

- 2 - 5 years: Prior paving machine repair experience
