Job brief:
We are looking for a well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the sales and marketing teams. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and clients alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information.
The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of our brand.
In This Role You Will:
Contact qualified prospects using a consultative sales approach
Outbound call, engage with and develop prospects to be closed by the Sales team
Document, track, and monitor all leads and activities in HubSpot
Contact and schedule appointments with the appropriate team members
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify and source potential leads
Nurture longer-term prospects
Build a solid understanding of B2B sales concepts
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related material
Respond to inquiries from prospects and give sales support when requested
Store and sort sales data in electronic form and present reports
Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Ensure adherence policies
Requirements:
A passion for sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Proficiency in English
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team-player
A self-starter
Nice to Have Experience:
Sales, marketing, and/or account support
Familiarity with Technology B2B sales and consulting engagements is a plus
HubSpot experience
Asana experience
