We are looking for a multidisciplined multi-tasker who is passionate about creating an extraordinary workspace.
Responsibilities
- You will report to the Director of Corporate Real Estate and support them with general real estate management, including annual budget planning, forecasting and capital management process, with a primary focus on managing the Atlanta office space as the onsite resource.
- You are our first impression; the first Wheels Up person many employees, vendors, and business partners may meet. You are the primary point person for a variety of matters like maintenance and operations, occupancy and space management, and employee and occupant experience.

- Keeping our office functional. This includes everything from managing the mail and mailroom, checking on working coffee makers, stocking inventory, confirming spic-n-span restrooms, and setting up conference rooms for meetings. A successful candidate will have hands-on building maintenance, construction, or “handyperson” experience.
- Keeping our office safe. This means keeping the office free from hazards and making safety recommendations. You will ensure that authorized employees have entry badges for the building and our office. Big-picture safety responsibilities include working with the landlord/property management personnel and colleagues on emergency preparedness, fire safety and disaster response.
- Being a good neighbor. You will represent Wheels Up in building or neighborhood meetings, and we expect you to establish and maintain a strong working relationship with landlords and property management personnel.
- Making sure cross-functional teams are well informed and working together, particularly for new employees who may need assistance with IT resources, desk spaces, booking conference rooms, and the like.
- Greeting visitors at the front desk, answering communications (phone, email, text).
- Assisting at other Wheels Up office locations, as necessary.
- Performing other reasonable tasks and duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a focus on general business administration, real estate, project management or similar studies. Candidates that have some formal training in construction or construction management are strongly preferred.
- At least three years’ experience as an office or facilities manager or similar position with demonstrable success and meaningful responsibility.
