Whitbeck Bennett, a national family law firm based in Leesburg, Virginia, seeks a dynamic and personable Office Manager. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Leesburg Office, and selected responsibilities associated with all national offices.
This position will be expected to complete the following tasks to ensure daily continuity of operations:
· Manage service contracts including Copier Service, IT and Computer Services, Trash and Recycling, and Minor Maintenance.
· Fulfill orders for the Leesburg Office, and other offices nationwide. Confirm orders with Partners and staff and ensure timely delivery.
· Manage inventory in Leesburg to include Food, Swag (Gifts), and other work materials.
· Act as the on-site coordinator for IT in the Leesburg Office. Serve as the POC between Whitbeck Bennett and a third-party IT vendor.
· Manage deliveries to the Leesburg Office.
· Work in-tandem with the Client Services Department to input client data.
The incumbent is expected to be a team player, and to add a positive attitude to the work environment. This position will report to the Chief Operations Officer, and will work on-site in the Leesburg Office.
