What are the responsibilities and job description for the Public Relations / QA position at White & Associates Home Assistance, Inc.?
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
1. To ensure that clients are receiving the plan of care assigned by the Department of Health & Senior Services. To serve as a company liaison with clients, aides, and DHSS.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Quality Assurance/ Field Monitoring
Will perform a minimum of 15 In-Home visits of existing clients per week. Monitoring forms will be filled out for each visit and are to be turned in at the end of each week.
Field monitoring will consist of:
a. Monitoring Aides
b. Monitoring Home conditions
c. Making sure clients are happy
2. Public relations with:
a. Clients
b. Department of Health & Senior Services
c. Local Case Managers
d. Aides
e. Nutrition Centers
f. Local elderly groups
g. Local churches
3. Canvas local housing for possible clients
4. Follow-up visits on clients who have changed providers, (This is to be done within a 3-day period). This report will be discussed at monthly meetings.
5. Filed Monitor will be a troubleshooter for schedulers if there is a problem with a client. He/She will address the situation As Soon As Possible. (ASAP)
6. All other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Must have good people skills and be able to communicate effectively.
