Position Summary
The Business Services Recruitment Specialist will drive the full spectrum of recruitment efforts to help us take our business services recruitment to the next level, to be a best-in-class function.
This role will work with Business Services stakeholders and the Recruitment Team to implement talent strategies, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and develop diverse pipelines for multiple business services functions across all our U.S. offices.
The ideal candidate will have excellent client relationship management skills and outstanding professional presence while balancing stakeholder and candidate relationships.
The role requires a strong sourcer able to utilize various channels when sourcing candidates internally and externally, both directly and via other sources.
This position also has a high focus on attracting and retaining top talent by providing a positive candidate experience, maintaining regular candidate communication, overseeing interview scheduling and providing feedback to each candidate in a professional and timely manner.
The role requires an individual who continuously strives to cultivate a proactive recruitment process that is engaging, strategic and efficient.
Duties and Accountabilities
Manage full cycle recruitment on multiple requisitions (e.g., job postings, applications, pipelining, interviews, candidate management, offer management, etc.)
Proactively mitigate recruitment challenges, provide regular communications to relevant leadership, and mentor the other recruiters working on any requisitions aligned with the function(s)
Cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders by overseeing that functions' broader recruitment strategies and operations
Communicate market intelligence, develop deep expertise as a subject matter expert, and be the main point of contact between the function and the Business Service Recruitment team
Help develop and execute recruitment best practices and strategic direction as the main point of contact with function leadership
Develop and support recruitment initiatives across the Business Services and Experienced Legal Recruitment team (e.g., branding initiatives, DEI engagement, LinkedIn utilization and expansion, sourcing efforts, etc.)
Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, pipeline development, and candidate outreach to identify top talent in the market
Conduct screening interviews for prospective candidates to assess their knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open positions
Collaborate closely with hiring managers, cross-function teams and key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process to ensure we proactively meet their hiring needs and goals
Ensure ATS and recruitment reporting are accurate and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
Manage the offer process, including coordinating with our internal compensation team to provide up-to-date salary and market information
Maintain the data integrity of the recruitment process in compliance with AAP / Federal Contractor status
Qualifications
At least five (5) years of recruitment experience within the professional services industry or a search firm
Previous experience leading a function or work stream on a recruitment team highly preferred
Experience mentoring, coaching and developing team members highly preferred
Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean creation and applicant tracking systems (experience with Taleo or Workday a plus) and proficient in MS Office Suite
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills to provide an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
Exemplify a tenacious, growth-oriented mindset and demonstrate a willingness to tackle challenges and embrace new ideas
Committed to contribute, collaborate and consult on the recruitment strategy for the Business Services and Experience Legal Recruitment teams
Excellent business acumen, with strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrate effective time management strategies to balance recruiting initiatives, candidate expectations, client needs and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment by being self-motivated and achievement-oriented

This is a hybrid role based in our New York office.
This role reports to the Business Services Recruitment Manager - Americas.
