What are the responsibilities and job description for the QMHP position at White House Health Systems?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain two cases billing on average 10hrs per week.
- Collaborate with clinical manager in regard to assessments being conducted, submission to kepro, and case management needs.
- Provide case management services to families that are awaiting approval from kepro
- Document, utilizing progress notes case management services provided to client’s awaiting approval from kepro.
- In providing case management services the staff should bill no less than 3hrs per week and no more than 12hrs per week as deemed necessary by the clinical manager.
- If authorization is approved aid in appropriate transition of client to permanent counselor
- If authorization is denied conduct appropriate discharge and closure with the family
- Attend all staff meetings and trainings.
- Assist program manager with chart audits and quality assurance on programmatic level.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures and complete other tasks deemed necessary by the program manager/clinical manager for the successful operation of the program.
- Assessing client's mental health status through interviews or observations and developing Individual Service Plans and assisting in making referrals to appropriate services.
- Provide crisis intervention services to clients who are a danger to themselves or others.
- Accurate, descriptive, and timely documentation must be maintained and submitted for all client interactions.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
