Installation Coordinator

White Mechanical, Inc. is seeking to hire a Commercial HVAC Install Coordinator to join our Commercial division. The Install Coordinator will manage all administrative aspects in support of field personnel executing new commercial installations. The Install Coordinator reports to the Commercial Install Division Manager.
Pay rate: $20/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Receives approved proposals & verifies accuracy of information; submits proposals to Controller
• Creates job packets for new installation projects; coordinate engineering packets as needed for projects
• Coordinates mechanical and structural engineer visits to site, if needed
• Reviews project information and submits for review
• Assist with coordinating with project managers or GCs for layouts
• Communicates issues with sales team
• Puts together warranty letters and close out packets
• Inputs schedule for commercial team
• Checks in with teams to verify progress
• Orders equipment and materials for jobs
• Coordinates crane scheduling and lift rentals
• Works with crew leader on approved projects
• Communicates with GC and/or project manager for coordination of work for scheduling, for concerns, and communicates updates with the sales team
• Document project issues and work with HR for accountability
• Support field personnel

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of project management, project coordination, or dispatch experience are a plus
• · 2 years of HVAC field experience
• Data entry experience is a plus
• HVAC knowledge is a plus
• Willingness to work in a team environment
• Experienced in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel worksheets
• Strong communication skills; self-starter that is capable of working independently
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Time management skills to meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate using latest technologies including Apple devices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
