Come Join Our Team at White Oak Manor York! We are a 109-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, and we have a beautiful location at 111 S. Congress St. in the historic district of York, SC. We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to be a part of our White Oak family.
This position is responsible for providing facility human resources functions at our very faced paced healthcare environment to include employee recruitment and retention, benefits administration and management, compliance with personnel policy and procedures, worker's compensation claims management, and the entire payroll processing for our amazing staff.
Typical work hours are 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree required, 2 years business experience in human resources and payroll processing procedures or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Experience with Paycom and healthcare experience preferred. Must be familiar with worker’s compensation, unemployment, and EEOC laws. Must be versatile enough to cross-train. Ability to direct enforcement of personnel policies. Must follow confidentiality rules of company, facility, and HIPAA regulations. Should be proficient in computer skills, have the ability to multi-task, and make decisions under pressure to meet timely deadlines and goals.
