Whitecap Car Wash – Site Manager
Location: Birmingham, AL
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Total Compensation: Up to $90,000 plus

Job Description:
As a Whitecap Car Wash Site Manager, you will encourage a positive environment for your team and customers. You will ensure that daily operations are running successfully and efficiently. You will have a strong emphasis on customer service and educate customers on the best monthly membership to suit their needs. Your responsibilities will include achieving monthly sales targets, training and incentivizing your team to drive monthly memberships, hiring and managing team members. You will also be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the property, including the car wash equipment.
Primary Duties:
· Engage with customers and drive membership sales
· Drive customer satisfaction by greeting guests with a smile and making sure they leave with a positive experience
· Ensure proper opening, operating, and closing procedures of the car wash site
· Oversee training of all team members
· Monitor and control daily key performance indicators (KPI’s)
o Sales
o Labor
o Maintenance
o Chemical Usage
· Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily, weekly, monthly checklists and reporting
· Enforce company policies correctly and consistently
· Ensure all areas of the property, including equipment, are clean and functioning properly
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· 3 years of retail sales experience or leadership
· Minimum 2 years managing a team of employees
· Microsoft office basic skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Ability to work some evenings and weekends
· Ability to work outside and stand for long periods of time
· Regular physical mobility including, reaching, grabbing and lifting
· Ability to lift minimum 25 pounds unassisted
Benefits:
· Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 (based on experience)
