Rapidly growing Healthcare operating company, within and extremely successful family office umbrella, is looking to add a CFO as their business grows to the next level. They offer a hybrid schedule, requiring 2-3 days in office.

- Reporting to the CEO, maintain full CFO responsibilities of a growing Healthcare company
- Oversee all accounting finance functions and run a team of 10
- Determine opportunities for process improvement, system enhancement, growth and scalability
- Oversee Payroll, AP, AR functions
- Prepare financial statements
- Produce financial/executive reporting to C-suite
- Work with CEO on business expansion
- 15 years of finance/accounting experience within the healthcare industry
- Management experience required
- Ability to be in office in New Jersey location
- CPA preferred but not required
