Job Summary :

Responsibilities :

• Operate scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics.
• Accept payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
• Process refunds and exchanges, resolve complaints, and maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor.
• Greet customers entering or leaving the store.
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
• Pack goods and manage bagging areas to ensure proper handling of customers’ purchased items.

Qualifications :

• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service position preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
