Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the deli, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow
- Manage and train deli staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare and serve a variety of deli items, including sandwiches, salads, and soups
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
Skills:
- Previous experience in a deli countertop
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
